Welcome to www.alfagram.com (referred to as "the Site"). Terms & conditions here below are concluded between, on one hand,

-The company ALFAGRAMTM - 20 avenue de Buzenval - 92500 Rueil Malmaison, France (referred to as "ALFAGRAMTM")

And on the other hand,

- Every individual or entity wishing to make a purchase via AlfagramTM’s website (referred to as "customers").

Our terms and conditions only define and rule sales of design items proposed on the Site and can easily be consulted on the Site at the time of order validation. These “Terms and Conditions” define sales modalities between AlfagramTM and its customers: order, payment and delivery. By placing an order on the site, customers expressly and unconditionally accept our terms and conditions below.

1. Order
Any order leads to the express acceptance of prices and described products available for sale on the Site. Alfagram makes the commitment to honor any orders received via the web site, after validation of the payment, and while stocks last. In case of an out of stock situation, Alfagram will inform customers about it as soon as possible via email indicating delays. Customers will then have the possibility to cancel or exchange their order by contacting us via email at: info@alfagram.com or by telephone at: +33 (0)

2. Payment
All prices are presented by default in Euros exclusive of international shipping costs. Prices may vary without prior notice. Products remain the integral property of Alfagram until complete validation of the order’s full amount.
Payments on the Site take place in Euros. Three methods of payment are accepted: credit card, PayPal or Pay by check (only for French orders). Credit card payments and transactions are secured via an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) process allowing customers to make purchases without any fraudulent risk.
Possible taxes or customs charges that can be imposed by the country of destination for orders outside France, and remain Customers’ responsibility.

3. Shipping
Customers can choose to use the delivery address of their choice. Alfagram makes a commitment to send ordered products within 3 working days of payment validation via secure postal carriers. Customers will then be able to track orders online except for individual letters orders.
In case of lost parcel, Customers have to contact Alfagram within 15 days following the dispatch date. After this deadline no search on the tracking number can be taken into account.

Individual letters orders:
France (metropolitan) : complimentary
International : 5,00 euros

AlfagramTM cannot be held responsible for any consequences due to delivery delays. Any delay in delivery will not justify any compensation request.

5. Guarantees
AlfagramTM declines any type of guarantee on presented products.

6. Returns
We bring the highest standard and care to our products’ preparation and orders’ shipping processes.
In the event, received product do not suit customers for any of the following reasons:

-       Defective product
-       Wrong item was sent
-       Product doesn’t give you full satisfaction « Satisfaction guaranteed »

We make the commitment to refund orders for any request upon receipt of your order:

-       in a limit of 48 hours (defective product or in case the wrong item was sent to you)
-       and of 7 days (product that doesn’t give you full satisfaction).

Beyond this deadline, NO return will be accepted.

Products must be returned to us to their original conditions. We will not be able to accept damaged or incomplete articles. All details on our refund policy HERE.

Alfagram will bear shipping costs related to exchanges limited to one per customer per new order. If the new order is the object of a higher amount, Customers will have to settle the price difference by credit card, PayPal or Pay by check (only for French orders). For lesser value orders, AlfagramTM will refund customers the price difference.

7. Responsibilities
Alfagram cannot be held responsible for the inherent damages of Internet use, (virus, interruption of service, outside intervention), or any other fact qualified as force majeure, according to the current jurisprudence. Alfagram cannot also be held responsible of the consequences due to any delay in delivery.

8. Personal information
Customers guarantee that all personal information given during the order process is exact, up to date and complete. Alfagram makes a commitment not to reveal addresses and phone numbers collected for commercial use unless otherwise specified by the Customer.

9. Intellectual property
lfagramTM is protected by international trademark laws.
It is strictly forbidden to resell our products under the name of another brand or to resell our products without Alfagram’s written preliminary agreement.
All Alfagram content & designs (web site, blog, products description, pictures, videos) are protected by international copyright law. Any representation or reproduction (total or partial) without express agreement of Alfagram’s creator will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
All photos appearing on the site are the exclusive property of AlfagramTM and cannot be reproduced, integrated into another web site or resold without the express written agreement of Alfagram’s creator.

Current terms and conditions apply at all times and are enforced by the European harmonized legal system and US law. The choice of jurisdiction in case of dispute, (for lack of mutual agreement between the parts), is given to the competent courts of Aix-en-Provence, France.
