Shipping & returns

AlfagramTM ships all orders within 3 business days* from payment receipt via “Colissimo” FPS. A confirmation email is sent to you as soon as your order has been shipped along with a tracking number allowing you to follow your package online.

AlfagramTM strive to please its customers but in the event our products do not satisfy you for any of the following reasons:

- defective product
- wrong product
- product that does not completely satisfy you “Satisfaction guaranteed”

You will be able to get a refund or an exchange by contacting us:

-       within 48h for defective or wrong product
-       within 7 days  if our products do not give you complete satisfaction.

After 7 days, NO return will be accepted.

In case of a defective or a wrong product, AlfagramTM will refund you the return shipping cost. For all other reasons, shipping cost will stay at your charge. Returned products must remain in their original condition.  Damaged or incomplete products will not be refunded.

To claim your refund or exchange, please send us an email at: with your name, order number and reason for your refund/exchange claim.

You will receive an email when your claim has been accepted with the return address.
